Developer Documentation

This project is financed by and mortgaged with Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited. A No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited will be required before entering into any arrangement or agreement for the sale of any unit / flat in the project.

Construction Status

As per the MahaRERA registration annexure (Registration No. PR1260002502961), the sanctioned habitable floors, unit counts and construction commencement certificate (CC) status by tower are as follows:

  • Tower 1: 1 sanctioned habitable floor, 10 units; CC issued up to the 3rd floor.
  • Tower 2: 1 sanctioned habitable floor, 8 units; CC issued up to the 4th floor.
  • Tower 3: 1 sanctioned habitable floor, 8 units; CC issued up to the 4th floor.
  • Tower 4: 27 sanctioned habitable floors, 162 units; CC issued up to the 30th floor.
  • Tower 5: 28 sanctioned habitable floors, 168 units; CC issued up to the 31st floor.

Changes to Project Details
